Do you have any advice on how to set up the perfect writing space? I’m trying to write a novel and want to create an environment in which I can be as productive as possible. As a brilliant writer yourself, I wondered what your approach is?

It is essential for any writer to find the right conditions, or as I call them, the write conditions. (This is one of my best jokes. Paid subscribers are welcome to use it, but do be warned that it only works in writing – I once tried ‘telling’ it during a reader’s circle and had to clarify the change of spelling between ‘right’ and ‘write’, which spoiled the momentum). While your own requirements will be personal to you, I can at least tell you about my own setup and what works for me, a profoundly prolific and accomplished unpublished author.
